Click n' Ship

Terms of service

Last updated October 20, 2026

Welcome to Click n' Ship. By using clicknshipshop.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them; they're written to be short and plain.

Products

We try hard to describe and show every product accurately. Colors and details in photos can look a little different on your screen.

Prices and availability

Prices are in US dollars. Prices, products and availability can change at any time without notice. If an item is listed at the wrong price or turns out to be unavailable, we'll let you know and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you confirm you're allowed to use the payment method. Promo codes are one per order unless stated, have no cash value and may expire.

Shipping

See our Shipping page. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery. See our Returns policy.

Accounts

If you create an account, keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.

Reviews and messages

Reviews must be honest and about a product you bought. We may decline reviews or messages that are offensive, misleading or off-topic. By sending a review, you let us show it on our site.

Our content

The Click n' Ship name, Shippy and the site's design belong to us. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners.

Limitation of liability

We provide the site and products "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in New York.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
